Warranty
All products sold through Audio Trust are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, wherever applicable. The warranty:
- Applies only to the original purchaser.
- Is non-transferable.
- Covers manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Mishandling or accidental damage
- Water or moisture damage
- Improper installation
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Power fluctuations or electrical issues
- Damage caused by incorrect usage
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, broken plastics, cables, connectors, accessories, or packaging
Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Returns & Replacements
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive:
Damaged Product — Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and an unboxing video (if available).
Defective / Dead on Arrival (DOA) — You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returned products must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original packaging
- Include all accessories
- Include manuals and warranty cards
- Include the original invoice
After inspection and approval, we will process either Replacement, Repair, or Refund (where applicable).
Audio Trust reserves the right to reject return requests if products are found to be damaged due to customer misuse or are returned without complete accessories.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, installation charges, or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Audio Trust reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Incorrect pricing
- Product unavailability
- Payment verification issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Technical errors
In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. While every effort is made to maintain accurate pricing, occasional errors may occur.
If an item has been listed at an incorrect price, Audio Trust reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

- Remote delivery locations
Audio Trust shall not be held liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or inaccurate contact information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Order Acceptance
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is considered accepted only after it has been processed and dispatched.
Audio Trust reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

We accept secure online payments through authorized payment gateways. Audio Trust does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI, or banking credentials.
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely by trusted payment providers.

Fraud Prevention
Audio Trust reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order suspected of fraudulent activity. Customers may be asked to provide identity or payment verification before order processing.
Any fraudulent use of payment methods shall be the sole responsibility of the individual making the transaction.
